Tournament Sense ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how your data is handled.
The App is designed with a "local-first" approach. This means all your tournament data, including scores, financial records, and coaching notes, is stored exclusively on your device by default. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data unless you explicitly enable a Pro feature that requires cloud sync.
If you purchase and enable the Pro cloud sync feature, your app data will be securely synced to our cloud servers. This service is provided to allow you to back up your data and restore it across devices. The synced data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We do not use this data for any purpose other than providing the cloud sync service.
The App, particularly the Pro version, is completely ad-free. We do not partner with third-party advertising networks, nor do we track your usage for advertising purposes.
The App may contain links to third-party services. These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party websites or services.
We employ reasonable security measures to protect the information you choose to sync to the cloud. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
